I’m Selina Stansfield, a Human Design guide, nervous system alchemist, and creative reconnection mentor for sensitive, intuitive women who are done pretending they’re fine. For over 6 years, I’ve helped women stop performing, start listening, and return to the voice, creativity, and power they buried long ago.
What really matters? I’m known for cutting through the spiritual fluff and the hustle culture to give you embodied, practical tools, so you can finally trust yourself, create with ease, and lead from your soul.
