In my work
I’m Selina, a Creative Expansion Guide for soul-led women
I guide women through periods of uncertainty, transition, and creative rebirth by helping them reconnect with their inner authority, regulate their nervous system, and express what’s true for them.
I treated creativity as something optional, until I understood that leaving it behind was pulling me out of alignment with myself. When I came back to my creative centre, I felt steadier. I felt more like myself. I had more clarity in my work and more energy in my life.
This is the work I support women in now. I help them feel safe in their bodies, trust their own truth, rekindle their creative spark, and move into the next season of their growth with confidence.
It isn’t about doing more.
It’s about returning to who you are.
You don’t need fixing. You need space, support, and permission to listen to yourself again.
